  • Step 1: Sign up for a new account.
  • Step 2: Choose your account plan: Trial, Personal or Business.
  • Step 3: Confirm your email address.
  • Step 4: Create your first document template.
  • Step 1: Upload a PDF document from your local PC, Google Drive, Dropbox or One Drive to begin your new template.
  • Step 2: Configure the fields you would like to have signees fill out on each contract document. These include a user initials field, signature field, date field and more. You can also specify how many people you want to sign each document.
  • Step 3: Save your template and then send it to all the email addresses of the people you would like to sign and fill out the form.
  • Step 4: Once all parties have signed the document or contract and finished version of the contract is uploaded to the blockchain and a final version is sent to all parties along with the document blockchain validation information.
  • Step 1: Navigate to the templates section of the site.
  • Step 2: Click send & view templates.
  • Step 3: Scroll to the document you would like to send and click the send button.
  • Step 4: Fill in the name and email addresses of the parties you would like to send to and click send.
  • Step 1: Click the link in the email send to you to open the appropriate document in the DiguSign app.
  • Step 2: Click "Sign Document" and fill in all required fields the template creator has specified.
  • Step 3: Save the document and wait till all required signees have signed the document.
  • Step 4: A final version of the document, complete with blockchain validation info will be emailed to your or will be visible in the documents section of the site once all parties have signed the agreement or contract.
  • Step 1: Login to the website and navigate to Documents -> Verify on the left side bar menu.
  • Step 2: Upload the document in question and click Verify.
  • Step 3: The document will be rehashed and validated in the blockchain.
  • Step 4: The document will be verified and return the date, transaction ID and hash, or if not verified will say no match has been found.
